Change procedure

The registration information has changed.

If there is a change in the registered information such as first and last name or address, please update the identity verification document. Please take a photo of the address confirmation document in a way that name of the account holder, the current address, and the issue date within 3 months are clearly visible and upload it from My Page. In addition, please email the changes to our help desk.
