Closing an account

I want to close my account (I want to delete my account)

If you wish to delete or cancel your account, please contact customer support.
In addition, IS6FX currently requires customers to complete the cancellation procedure for a single MT4/MT5 account by themselves.
How to cancel a single account

Please log in to My Page, click [Home] → [Assets] → [Account List], and press the button to apply for account cancellation.

* Please obtain transaction history data before canceling the contract.
* Since all account balances and bonuses will be lost, if there is a balance, please apply for withdrawal before cancellation.
*Please note that a canceled account cannot be reused.
*Please contact customer support for cancellation of cancellation application.
