What is pip?
PIP stands for Percentage In Point, representing a percentage of points.
PIP measures the amount of change in the price of a financial asset, typically referring to the exchange price of a currency pair. In most currency pairs, the PIP digit is equivalent to 0.0001 in price, while in CFDs, it often corresponds to cents. PIP serves as the basis for calculating spreads and prices.
