Why was I charged in USD after credit card payment?

When payment is made with a Visa card, it will be processed in USD.
When using a JPY account in MT4/MT5, the balance will be reflected in yen, but the card billing will be charged in the amount converted from dollars to yen.
Therefore, even if your card is not denominated in USD, settlement will be made based on the exchange rate provided by each card company. However, since the rate at the time of billing is constantly changing, there may be differences between the rate at the time of settlement and the actual rate.
