Documents to be submitted
We are pleased to announce that the number of documents to be submitted at the time of identity verification will be reduced.
This eliminates the need to prepare multiple documents and allows for smooth verification of your identity.

Additional Certification
In addition, there will be an additional authentication due to a review of the submitted documents.
For the additional authentication, we will scan your face using the camera on your computer or smartphone.
Please follow the on-screen instructions on the facial recognition screen to scan your face.

Customers who have already verified their identity do not need to resubmit any documents.
You can continue to use our services as before.
In addition, customers who have already submitted documents prior to the change but have not yet completed identity verification will not be required to complete the additional authentication.
