For accounts opened using the previous is6com, which have not been logged in for 4 months or more, they will be treated as dormant accounts.
If you have a dormant account, your service usage will be restricted.
Restrictions on dormant accounts
- Funds transferred to a dormant account will not be reflected in the account.
- Funds transferred to a dormant account won’t be reflected in it’s account’s balance
- You can’t login to a dormant account or trade from it.
If you have made a deposit to your dormant account, please contact customer support and we will reactivate your dormant account at any time. Once your dormant account is reactivated, the deposit will be reflected in the account. In addition, all of the above restrictions will be lifted.
