We are pleased to inform you that the account cancellation procedure will be changed.
Until now, account closure was done by contacting us to request account closure, but as of February 25, 2023, account closure can be easily done without contacting us.
By simplifying the cancellation procedure, it will be easier to cancel unnecessary accounts and create new accounts.

To cancel an account, please go to “Home” -> “Assets” -> “Account List” and click the Cancellation Request button.

Notes on Cancellation

• It takes 1~2 business days from the time of cancellation request to be processed.
• For tax payment convenience, transaction history should be obtained prior to applying for cancellation.
• All account balances and remaining bonuses will be lost, so if you have a balance, please withdraw the full amount before applying for cancellation.
• We do not accept the reuse of cancelled accounts.
• To cancel your cancellation request, please contact us through Contact Us.

About Dormant Accounts

However, due to the change in cancellation procedures, dormant accounts will be treated as cancelled and the accounts will be automatically closed.
We will not be able to cancel or restore dormant accounts that have been automatically closed.

Automatic cancellation is subject to the following conditions

• Balance is less than 10,000 yen
• No access to account for 90 days
