For customers who have a MAM account, the MAM system will be changed this time, so we will inform you about that.
There are two specification changes due to the MAM system change.
①MAM account changed from Web to MT4
In the current system, you can check the position status, transaction history, and assets from the web screen, but from now on, it will change to an MT4 account (hereinafter referred to as the new MAM account).
You can check your assets and transaction status by logging into MT4.
②Deposits and withdrawals can be made directly to the account
Direct deposits and withdrawals were not possible with the current system, but direct deposits and withdrawals will be possible with the new MAM account.
About opening a new MAM account
Since the current system is designed to issue MAM accounts on the web, it is essential to open a new MAM account (MT4 account).
We will take care of opening the account for you. No setup is required on the customer side.
In addition, if the balance (Balance) and bonus (Credit) of the current MAM account are 0, a new MAM account will not be opened and no transfer will be performed.
Also, after the system migration, you will not be able to access the old MAM account.
About data migration
We will migrate data from the current system to the new system. There will be two migrated data.
①Balance
In the current system, there are two accounts, an inactive account and an active account, but when the data is migrated, the total amount of the inactive account balance and the active account balance will be reflected in the balance of the new MAM account.
Please note that the balance of the inactive account is non-invested funds, but by consolidating, the funds will also be invested.
If you want to remove the funds in the inactive account from investment, you can do so by transferring the funds in the inactive account to MT4 or MT5 before the migration.
②Bonus (Credit)
Credit is the same as Balance, inactive and active account credits are combined.
About position and trade data
Since the current system is not MT4, it is not possible to transfer positions and transaction history.
Regarding positions, we have announced to operators to settle by the day before the transition to the new system.
About maintenance due to system change
We will be performing system maintenance on the following date and time.

Service limit
During maintenance, the following functions will be restricted and unavailable.
- Access to MT4/MT5
- Opening new accounts and opening additional accounts
- Deposits and withdrawals
- Transfer of funds
