Change procedure

I would like to update my registered information because my name and address have changed.
If there are any changes to your registered information such as your first and last name or address, please update the identity verification document accordingly. Take a clear photo of the address confirmation document showing the account holder's name, current address, and issue date within the last 3 months, and upload it from My Page. Additionally, please notify our help desk via email about the changes.
