My account is displayed as invalid and I can't log in to MT4

At our company, if the balance remains below \10,000 ($100) and the account remains inactive for 90 days, it will automatically be placed in a dormant (cancelled) state. For more details, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on dormant accounts.
