Previously, we handled requests for dormant account cancellations individually. Please be aware that we are unable to automatically cancel or restore accounts that have been automatically canceled. The conditions for automatic cancellation are as follows: ・Account balance of \10,000 ($100) or less ・No access to the account for 90 consecutive days
