With this enhancement, customers now have expanded network choices when depositing and withdrawing USDT and USDC.
Request to Reissue Your Crypto Deposit Address
Due to this system update, the deposit addresses for BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC have been changed.
Please note that previously issued deposit addresses for BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC can no longer be used.
For future deposits, please go to the Crypto Deposit page in your Client Area and generate a new deposit address before transferring funds.
Even if you have saved previously issued deposit addresses in other crypto services or wallets, please do not reuse them. Always generate and verify the latest deposit address from your Client Area before transferring funds.
Network Selection for Deposits and Withdrawals
When using USDT or USDC, please make sure that the network selected for deposit or withdrawal matches the network selected on the sending and receiving side. If the network or recipient address is incorrect, the deposit or withdrawal may not be completed successfully. Please double-check the currency, network, and recipient address before making any transactions.
